In all its 62 years of reputable existence, the Philippine Red Cross has lived through many challenges as its strives to help more people. And to further enhance its services, we would like to invite all those who are interested in providing humanitarian service to apply for this line up of vacancies:
1. Writers
- Must be a graduate of Communication Arts, creative writing, Journalism or other related degrees
- Has excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Must be creative, with a high sense of urgency, self motivated, pro active and needs very little supervision
- With at least 1 year working experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

2. Bookkeepers
- A degree holder preferably in Accounting.
- With at least 1 year working experience.

3. Network Administrator

Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering or its equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Systems and Network Administrator of a substantial computer installation.

With at least 4 years in running a Window-based system.

Has in depth knowledge of Windows administration.

Fully competent with the following system and server tasks; Software installation, Kernel configuration and installation, Security- firewalls, password management,user rights/permissions, System and network back up, set up and manage file and data servers.

Committed to work with the PNRC in its goal of alleviating human suffering.

4. IT Manager

Must be a graduate of BS Computer Science or any related course.

Must have at least 5 years work related experience:2 years of which is in a supervisory managerial capacity.

Must have an advanced knowledge in Visual Basic 6.0, Visual Basic. Net, ASP. NET.

Must have an extensive experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Crystal Report 8.5 and above, Open Source (FireBird) ODBC/Connection String.

Knowledgeable in WEB Developing using HTML,XHTML,CSS/XML,INTRANET/PORTAL,PHP/MYSQL,MS SQL2005.

Must have an experience in Servers using WINDOWS 2000/2003: Primary Domain Controller/AD, Application Server, Database Server<,Proxy Server, Firewall, Web Server/Mail Server, Exchange Server, Load balancing, RAS (Remote Access Server, LAN/WAN.

5. Web Editor under the Communications Office

Candidates must be a College degree holder.

Has in-depth knowledge of Social-Media networks and online communications (Facebook,My Space,Youtube,Multiply).

With advance computer literacy and knowledge on advance web editing.

Strong knowledge of HTML and understanding of web publishing processes.

Computer skilled in using web publishing tools (Photoshop,Dreamwaver MX).

Excellent communications skills with experience in writing.

Has experience on web communications.

Has experience in planning and executing online campaigns.

With experience in Content Management System (CMS).

4. Corporate Communications Manager

Applicants must posses a Bachelor' s Degree in Marketing, Communications Arts, Advertising or related discipline.

Ar least 3-5 years solid experience in Corporate Branding and Customer Management programs

Must have a large network of contacts within the industry as well as the National and Local Government Units

Previous experience in planning & organizing community and CSR-related projects is a plus

Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

5. Planning and Development Officer
- University graduate in relevant discipline (Social Sciences, Development Studies, Program Management)
- Relevant advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in development studies, Program Development Management, Development Management and Organizational Development and Institutional Building.
- Training in Program/Project Management /PMER/Planning and Development/OD and other related trainings and courses
- Experienced in program/project management and development management
- Experienced in organizational/program and project planning and development
- Experienced in facilitating organizational strategic and operational planning process
- Strong background in writing reports and documentation.
- Advance skills in computers (Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, Power Point.
- Facilitation and training skills, mentoring and coaching
- Documentation preparation/presentation and computer-based production skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of the team
- Able to liaise, coordinate with various groups at different levels and positions
- Possess analytical and strong planning skills for program and project development.

6. Project Coordinator

A College Degree holder, preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture

A minimum of 5-10 years experience in shelter/housing or rehabilitation programs including site supervision.

Experience in developing and implementing shelter or community infrastructure projects

Knowledgeable with appropriate construction administration systems and procedures.

Experience in managing and supporting staff.

Experience in managing shelter/housing/rehabilitation projects, including contracts and budgets.

7. Reporting Officer

Candidates must be a graduate of any (4) years course

8. Project Assistant under the Fund Generation

Must be a graduate of graduate of Communications or Marketing.

With at least 1 year experience in insurance and processing claims.

Can work under pressure.

9. Chapter Service Representative

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any course;

Has initiative and creativity and is action-oriented in addressing customer and guests concerns;

Willing to be assigned and deployed at any given time; and

Good command of the English language.
10. National Field Representative
-
A graduate of any 4-year course;
-
Has the ability to interact with all sorts of people inside and outside the organization;

Must be a team player;
-
Willing to travel and be stationed in provincial areas; and

With above average English communication skills.
