It was in the year 1947 when the Pasay City Red Cross Chapter started as a sub-office of Rizal Chapter with Mrs. Pia G. Syquia as the Officer in Charge.  The office of the Chapter is located at the Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) Compound.

At present, the Pasay City Chapter is under the administration of Mrs. Adelina B. Cancel. For the past years the chapter is composed of only 3 staff including the administrator, but now it has 8 young and dynamic staff.

            The construction of the new building was made possible through the combined effort of the Chapter’s staff and Board of Directors headed by Dr. Cesar A. Santiago.
