Venancio Villanueva and his family shifted from the mountain to a nearby barangay to recover with the massive destruction of typhoon #YolandaPH.
Vegetable and fruit farming is their only source of income when strong wind and rainfall damaged their house.
Meantime, they made up a kubo to serve as their shelter until PRC assessment team came and brought to help.
The family was relocated from the mountain to a core shelter made of Sawali in a highway barangay.
Aside from the core shelter, they were also provided financial assistance as an investment for banana and flower seeds.
Reminiscing typhoon Yolanda, their life now has become easier through the help of PRC’s financial and shelter assistance.
