The Philippine Red Cross (PRC), through its Bakuna Center, vaccinated 986 individuals in SM City Calamba last November 03, 2021.
PRC Laguna Chapter, headed by its Administrator Frank Sorromero, continues to partner with the local government unit of Laguna to provide vaccines to the residents of Laguna.
“Ang layunin ng Philippine Red Cross ay mabigyan ng access sa Bakuna ang mga most vulnerable. Mahigit isang taon na ang nakakalipas simula magsimula ang COVID-19, at mawawakasan natin ito kapag lahat ay bakunado na. Kaya naman inilalapit po ng PRC ang mga Bakuna Center at Bakuna Buses sa malalayong lugar para mabilis narin mabakunahan ang ating mga kababayan, ” PRC Chairman and CEO Sen. Dick Gordon said.
PRC Laguna Chapter recently inaugurated the groundbreaking ceremony of its new Blood Bank facility in Sta. Rosa Laguna, which will soon serve residents of Sta. Rosa, Binan, San Pedro, and even the National Capital Region.
