Despite the ongoing pandemic, PRC continues to provide humanitarian services to alleviate human suffering and uplift the dignity of the people. PRC Laguna Chapter in partnership with the Santa Rosa City Police Station, Santa Rosa Police Advisory council, Rotary Club of Santa Rosa,  and City of Brave Matikas Eagles Club, also conducted a bloodletting activity at the Santa Rosa sports complex on November 14, 2021.
